Automatic Line Polishing Machine is used for polishing granite slate or tiles.

Flexible distribution of resin polishing head greatly improves polishing efficiency and polishing quality, and greatly reduces consumption of abrasives. The power movement of the polishing head uses an extended joint to improve slate evenness, reduce movement consumption and extend service life. We can customize the machines to meet your specific requirements in terms of the number of heads, processing width and length and etc.
Technical description
I. Suitable for the surface polishing of granite and marble
II. Adopt PLC intelligent control system, and intelligent control through LCD touch screen man-machine dialogue. It can also be controlled by the mechanical buttons at the bottom of the screen. The two kinds of control methods can be freely switched.
III. The polishing head has automatic avoidance function, shape memory function, abrasive consumption alarm device. This machine is highly automatic and greatly reduce labor intensity.
IV. Equipped with special granite polishing heads and marble elastic polishing heads, which can realize high polishing quality at low consumption of abrasives.
V. Adopt well-known brands at home and abroad in terms of electrical accessories and mechanical accessories.
VI. Equipped with central automatic lubrication system, which can lubricate the top part of the polishing heads and bearings of the key parts.
VII. The main spindle adopts a narrow V-belt transmission, which greatly reduces power loss and extend service life.
