Dialead Vacuum Brazed Diamond Router Engrave Bits adpots advanced vacuum brazed and smelting technology. Made by high quality diamond powder, it is suitable for marble , bluestone , artificial stone, ceramic and other material.
The vacuum brazed engrave bit is suitable for milling the marble, sandstone etc. It is featured by fast carving speed and perfect carving effect. If you want to process the granite, we recommend you to use the sinterred carving bit.
For bottom milling, How to choose the diameter of engrave bit? First we must make sure the diameter of engrave bit can enter the detailed position of stone and the engrave effect can be accepted, then we suggest you choose the engrave bit with the bigger diameter.
For cutting. We suggest you choose the flat head engrave bit to cut. If you have a higher standard of bottom effect, ball head engrave bit is recommended.
To make a conclusion. For the depth within 2cm, 6mm diameter of bit should be selected. For the depth between 2cm to 3cm, 8mm diameter of bit should be selected.for depth between 3cm to 5cm, 10mm diameter of bit should be selected. For depth between 5cm to 8cm, 12mm diameter of bit should be selected.

Q: Can you open the diamond for my segments?
A: Sure. Dialead usually open at least one side of marble segments to ensure the fast cutting in the beginning.
For some special market like Iran, Jordan, Oman etc, all marble segments will have three side opened
Q: Can I print our logo on the carton or product itself?
A: Yes. We will print your logo and other information on the carton or product itself.

Q: How is your after sales service?
