5 Axis CNC Bridge Stone Cutting Machine adopts microcomputer control and touch-type operation interface。
This machine uses casting beams, and the whole machine uses linear rails, ball screws, helical gears, high-precision planetary reducers, and servo systems as moving parts.
We have Italian System and Chinese System for your choice.
Our machine features:
1. CUTCAM industrial controller and industrial touch screen computer support online remote connection (system lifetime free remote upgrade)
2. Type 450: The X and Y axes adopt high-precision helical rack and gear transmission, and the Z-axis adopts high-precision ball screw transmission.
Type 600: X-axis linear guide, rack drive, Y-axis, Z-axis linear guide, ball screw drive
3. The adjustable speed range of 0-6000 rpm is suitable for cutting and processing of granite, marble, microcrystalline stone, rock slab, glass and other materials.
4. The whole structure adopts gantry steel structure welding, heat treatment and tempering process, sandblasting and anti-rust treatment. The structure is solid and stable, and it is finished by gantry machining center with high precision and strong stability.
5. The Z-axis lifting adopts a cast iron integrated sliding plate structure, which has higher precision and stronger stability. And with brake function.
6. Equipped with a tool setter to automatically measure the blade diameter and diamond tip. After the tool is used for a period of time, the tool wear can be measured and accurate compensation can be made. One-click measurement, accurate and simple to operate)
7. 7OCEAN Qiyang solenoid valve, Taiwan AHK linear guide, TBI ball screw, Zhongli De high-precision planetary reducer, VEICHI servo motor and drive, VEICHI 30KW variable frequency driver, Schneider circuit breaker, Schneider contactor, Omron relay , Siemens button, Taiwan Yangming sensor switch
8. Automatic oil injection pump, regular oil injection, linear guide rail and slider adopt oil-immersed structure, longer life and more durable accuracy
9. A Hikvision high-definition industrial camera is installed above the machine head to collect the slab/tile size and position it. Compared with traditional industrial cameras, it is clearer and more accurate in positioning. There is no need to add additional light to the camera when working at night, and the clear slab texture can be seen at a glance. With the powerful internal typesetting software, typesetting can be completed more accurately and efficiently, greatly improving the efficiency of cutting processing.
