Curbstone Chamfering Machine is used to chamfer the edge of curbstone at a high working efficiency.
1. Mechanical part: The main frame of the machine is welded with square tubes. The transmission is effected by chain and roller. The flip of the stone is effected by cylinder. The main spindle is driven by ball screw, which can precisely adjust the cutting angle and size. The motor directly drives the blade to cut. The water-retaining cover is made of stainless steel. The front and rear rack are equipped with rollers to tilt, convenient for loading and unloading of the stones.
2. Electrical part: The electrical system is simple and easy to operate. The machine adopts stepless motor and flat-head button switch. The limit switch is highly waterproof . Two main motors are 11KW-6P, and the total power is 22.75KW.
3. one 400mm blade can be hung on the spindle.
