Diamond concrete core drill bit is made up of two parts:diamond working area and the welding layer which contains no diamond. Dialead has over 10 different types of concrete core drill segments to suit different concrete demand. for example, it is totally different formulas for normal concrete and reinforce concrete. Different component and percentage inside concrete affects the drilling effect, for example, steel iron bars and pebble stone requires different kinds of concrete core drill bits.
Wet core drill bits can be used for drilling the concrete with rebar with water.It is featured by long life and high sharpness.
Based on over 20 years’ experience, Some regions demand fast concrete diamond core bits while some demand long life one, for example, European, Australia and American market demands sharp and fast ones.
All sizes are available at your request from diameter 50mm to diameter 500mm.

A: Dialead suggest your concrete samples be sent to our factory’s lab and we will analyze the ingredient of your concrete sample. Suitable formula of tools will be offered accordingly.
Small quantity is suggested for trial
Q: How many types of concrete segments you have?
Our factory can produce at least 10 different types of concrete segments.
Different shapes like roof, turbo, wave,arix,flat etc
Usually cooper based and cobalt based can be for your choice
Q: Can I print our logo on the carton or product itself?
A: Yes. We will print your logo and other information on the carton or product itself. But each products will have a MOQ respectively. Please contact our salesman to get more information
Q: How is your after sales service?
A: usually our products will be tested in domestic market for many times and then will be sent to foreign market after successful testing
If any quality problems to our products, show us the video or photos, we will replace the amount or send the new products to replace
Q: Do you offer free samples?
A: For some products which are very mature and popular in your market, sorry Dialead cannot offer free samples.
For some new products which have not been sold to your market yet, Dialead can offer some discounts for you to test.
